Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Trauma or accidental damage
Bruxism or excessive wear
Caries, periodontal or endodontic failure
Changes in occlusion or the patient’s oral condition
Inaccurate impressions, digital scans, or prescriptions
Improper seating or cementation
Implant component failure
Alterations performed by another laboratory
Normal wear over time

Warranty Conditions

The original restoration must be returned for evaluation.
Warranty applies only to the original prescribing doctor.
Warranty covers laboratory replacement only and does not include chair time, shipping, or other clinical expenses.
STL files and digital records are retained for at least the applicable warranty period, subject to archive availability.
Our family of labs reserves the right to inspect all returned restorations before determining warranty eligibility.

Clinical Fit Policy

Every restoration is fabricated to the models, digital scans, and prescriptions provided by the prescribing doctor.

If a restoration accurately fits the original records submitted to the laboratory but does not fit clinically, it is not automatically eligible for warranty replacement. Each case is carefully reviewed to determine whether the issue resulted from laboratory fabrication or clinical factors. When appropriate, courtesy remakes or reduced-fee replacements may be approved at the discretion of laboratory leadership.
