Digital is the best solution here, especially if an existing denture is available to scan and copy, either exactly as it is, or with minimal changes.
Esthetics wins. If thin prep is possible, Emax usually edges out. Otherwise layered zirconia gets there with custom characterization.
Either path works. A wax try-in is standard on the analog route; digital cases can get an equivalent printed verification try-in before we process to final. It’s a workflow preference, not a quality tradeoff.
A reorder is only possible when the original case was digital, the file stays on record so we can remake it exactly, no new impression needed. It’s one more reason to go digital on the first case.
Digital doesn’t mean stock. We do the same custom shade work on a digital denture that we do on a traditional one, base acrylic shading to the tissue, tooth selection beyond the standard catalog, characterization to the photo if the patient is asking for it.

Yes, on request. Most digital cases ship without a try-in because the fit predictability is high enough, but for complex cases or patient-preference cases the try-in is part of the workflow.
